Water Resources

The water for the Resorts is supplied by six wells in open space areas. The open space is closed to all motor vehicles other than authorized vehicles to help protect our water supply. We ask that you report any dumping or unauthorized use that could potentially cause harm.

The water for the Estates is supplied by two wells on two lots. Again, the lots are closed to all motorized vehicles other than authorized vehicles.

Additional source water protection, water quality, and water standards information can be obtained by going to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Safewater website (https://www.epa.gov/ground-water-and-drinking-water) .

We are registered with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment ( https://cdphe.colorado.gov/water-quality) as a Public Water Supply (Resorts PWSID = CO 0128600 & Estates PWSID = CO 0128625) and as such, we are responsible for safe drinking water under the Colorado Primary Drinking Water Regulations and the EPA.
